"I am smiling", Because I'm playing this wonderful game of Chess. Well I've been a member of the
Hemet Chess Club since 2004 and now heavily involved with the clubs responsibility for improving our
Hemet Chess Club. I became a Certified Tournament Director for the
USCF so we can have rated games here in
Hemet. A chess rating is what measures the players skill and the most serious battle on the board will materialize during tournaments. My biggest milestone is the addition of the Scholastic
Hemet Chess Club which meets on Saturday's at the Valley-Wide in San
Jacinto. This chess class is for girls and boys 5-17 years old. I've been teaching this class for 1 1/2 years also by the way 48 youths enrolled this quarter and adding students weekly. Just marvelous.
