"I am smiling", Because I'm playing this wonderful game of Chess. Well I've been a member of the
Hemet Chess Club since 2004 and now heavily involved with the clubs responsibility for improving our
Hemet Chess Club. I became a Certified Tournament Director for the
USCF so we can have rated games here in
Hemet. My biggest milestone is the addition of the Scholastic
Hemet Chess Club which meets on Friday's at the Valley-Wide in San
Jacinto. This chess class is for girls and boys 5-17 years old. I've been teaching this class for 2 years. HCC memberships have been steady and we already started the new year with a spectacular club challenge.
